Refund policy
We have a 5-day EXCHANGE ONLY policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a EXCHANGE. EXCHANGES CAN ONLY BE MADE FOR CLOTHING THAT WAS PURCHASED AT REGULAR PRICE. CUSTOM ITEMS, SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES AND FUR COATS CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED. SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES AND FUR COATS ARE FINAL SALE AND CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED.
To be eligible for an EXCHANGE, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. ALL ITEMS ARE INSPECTED TO MAKE SURE ALL ITEMS ARE SENT IN NEW AND UNDAMAGED CONDITION. ALL ITEMS ARE SENT IN PACKAGING TO INSURE NO DAMAGE IS DONE TO ITEMS DURING SHIPMENT.
There will be an EXCHANGE FEE CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER AT TIME OF EXCHANGE NOTIFICATION of $8.
To start a EXCHANGE, you can contact us at rluxxbrand@gmail.com. If your EXCHANGE is accepted, we’ll send you an EXCHANGE shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an EXCHANGE will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be EXCHANGE, such as CUSTOM ITEMS, SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES AND FUR COATS, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/ EXCHANGEs on CUSTOM ITEMS, SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES AND FUR COATS or gift cards.
